Comparison Review

Comfort
Passengers in the back seat will feel a little more squished in the BMW 330 than in the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, due to the BMW 330's smaller rear head- and legroom. Offering just a little more front head- and legroom than the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, the BMW 330 may be a little roomier and more comfortable for the driver and front seat passengers.

Convenience
The BMW 330 will require fewer stops at the gas station than the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, making it more convenient to drive.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Based on MSRP, the BMW 330 is clearly a better financial choice over the Mercedes-Benz E-Class. Another consideration is the Destination Charge, which is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle to the dealer from where it's built. In this case, the BMW 330 will cost less to deliver to the dealership than the Mercedes-Benz E-Class.

Dimensions
Since the BMW 330 is much slimmer than the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, it'll be much easier to find a wide enough space in a crowded parking lot. The BMW 330 is slightly shorter than the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, which may make it easier to park.

Handling
The BMW 330 has about the same turning radius as the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, allowing equal maneuverability in and out of tight spots.

Performance
In terms of horsepower, it's basically a tie between the BMW 330 and the Mercedes-Benz E-Class.

Powertrain
With somewhat higher torque, the engine of the BMW 330 transmits a bit more power to the wheels than the Mercedes-Benz E-Class.

Utility
In terms of seating you'll be able to fit the same number of people in both the BMW 330 and the Mercedes-Benz E-Class.

Warranty
The BMW 330 comes with essentially the same basic warranty as the Mercedes-Benz E-Class.
