The ProMaster City has an overall boxy exterior. The front-end is rather alien-looking, but somewhat sporty. It has standard 180-degree, 60/40-split rear cargo doors and low step-ins for easy entry. Daytime running lamps, power/heated side mirrors, fog lights, rear windows, a roof rack, and a trailer hitch receiver are also available.
The ProMaster City is powered by a 178-hp, 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine mated to 9-speed automatic transmission. Fuel economy for the ProMaster City is an EPA-estimated 21/29 mpg city highway.
Standard features include air conditioning, a tilt/telescoping steering wheel, and power windows/locks. The standard radio system can be upgraded to the Uconnect 5.0 multimedia system, which includes a 5-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth connectivity for phone and audio, and satellite radio. Standard safety features include front air bags, antilock brakes, an electronic stability system, and a tire pressure monitoring system. A backup camera and a rear window wiper are available as well.
