2010 Nissan 370Z Overview

The 2010 Nissan 370Z is available as a hatchback sports coupe, convertible, high-performance NISMO 370Z and Roadster. With a redesigned suspension and shorter wheelbase, the 370Z is actually smaller and lighter than the 350Z, giving it even more zip.

The 2010 Nissan 370Z is available in base and Touring trim levels and faces competition from Ford Mustang, Dodge Challenger and Chevrolet Camaro. The 370Z is equipped with a 332-horsepower, 3.7-liter V-6 engine mated to either a six-speed manual or seven-speed automatic transmission, which is the most powerful engine ever offered in a Z. EPA estimated fuel economy ratings are 18 mpg in the city and a healthy 25 mpg on the highway.

The 2010 NISMO 370Z is designed for racing enthusiasts and features a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob and a 350-horsepower, 3.7-liter V-6—18 more horsepower than the standard engine. The NISMO is matched to a six-speed manual transmission with Nissan’s downshift rev-match feature. A limited slip differential and functional rear spoiler are standard. The Roadster has a power convertible top and shares the same engine, transmission and exterior design as the sports coupe.

Inside the 370Z, the richly-crafted driver-oriented cockpit is as appealing as ever. The interior of the Z envelops the driver with futuristic gauges and tightly crafted seating, giving the feeling that you are one with the car. The voice-activated Nissan Hard Drive Navigation System features XM NavTraffic, which displays color-coded, real-time traffic advisories to help you steer clear of the gridlock. The available 9.3 GB Music Box hard drive stores up to 2,900 songs so that you can download your music to the hard drive and leave your CDs at home.

The 2010 Nissan 370Z features dual-exhaust pipes and sits on standard 18-inch alloy wheels with 19-inch alloys available as an option. Also optional is the SynchroRev rev-matching feature for smoother gear changes. Standard interior highlights include keyless entry with push-button start, a four-speaker stereo system with steering wheel-mounted controls and an eight-way driver’s seat adjustment. Heated and cooled leather seats, satellite radio and a six-speaker BOSE sound system are optional.

Standard safety features include dual front-impact, side-impact and side curtain airbags, active head restraints, antilock brakes, traction control and electronic stability system. Upgraded 14-inch brake discs are optional.

With the racing enthusiast in mind, the 2010 Nissan 350Z is a stylishly sleek sports coupe/convertible offering lots of V-6 power.
