Mitsubishi calls its five-seat Eclipse Cross a compact SUV, but the brand already has one of those in the two-row Outlander Sport. The Eclipse Cross slots between the Outlander Sport and the three-row Outlander in Mitsubishi’s lineup, and it’s available in six trim levels: base ES, LE, SE, Black Edition, SEL and Ralliart. The Eclipse Cross faces competition from the Honda CR-V, Toyota RAV4 and Mazda CX-5.
