The 2011 Mini Cooper Clubman S is the more-powerful and larger version of the Mini Cooper, and for this year receives a slight boost under the hood to the tune of a 181-horsepower, turbocharged 1.6-liter inline-four engine, which is mated to either a six-speed manual or automatic with auto-manual capability. The Cooper competes with other compact wagon-like hatchbacks, such as the Mazda3 wagon and Volvo C30, and bests them when it comes to fuel economy with 26-27 mpg in the city and 34-36 mpg on the highway.
Mini has made a series of changes across its lineup, and the 2011 Clubman S is no exception. It receives fresh styling touches to the bumper, larger fog lamps, and new taillight assemblies.
