Four trims are available: S, SE, SEL, and Titanium.
The Escape has three engine options: a base 168-hp, 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, a 179-hp, turbocharged 1.5-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder, and a 245-hp, turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder. All engines are mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive comes standard, while four-wheel drive is available.
