2010 Chrysler Sebring Overview

If you’re looking for the practicality of a sedan or the open-air thrill of a convertible, the 2010 Chrysler Sebring offers a variety of luxury and multimedia options, potent engine choices, and an optional retractable hard top.

With a refreshed exterior, modified instrument panel gauges, 17- and 18-inch wheel designs and driver and front passenger active head restraints, the 2010 Chrysler Sebring is ever evolving. The Sebring two-door convertible is available with a soft top or retractable hard top, or as a four-door midsize sedan. The sedan is available in only the limited trim level and competes with Honda Accord, Toyota Camry and Ford Fusion, while the convertible is offered in LX, Touring and Limited trims and stacks up against Pontiac G6 and Volkswagen Eos.

Three powertrains are offered, starting with the standard 173-horsepower, 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine. A 189-horsepower, 2.7-liter V-6 and 235-horsepower, 3.5-liter V-6 are also available in both flex-fuel and gasoline versions, and are mated to either a four-speed automatic with overdrive, six-speed multi-speed automatic with overdrive or six-speed multi-speed automatic with overdrive and auto manual. EPA estimated fuel economy for the 2010 Chrysler Sebring is 16-21 mpg in the city and 26-30 mpg on the highway.

The front passenger seat in the 2010 Chrysler Sebring folds flat for additional storage space as does a 60/40-split folding rear seat. SIRIUS Satellite Radio is standard. The premium Limited sedan adds a Navigation and Sound Package that includes UConnect GPS, a hands-free phone system and Boston Acoustics speakers. Additional Limited features include leather upholstery, heated front seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, automatic climate control, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, remote engine start and heated and cooled front cupholders.

Standard safety features include four-wheel-disc antilock brakes, standard side-impact and side curtain airbags and optional electronic stability system with all-speed traction control.

The 2010 Chrysler Sebring offers the flexibility to choose between a midsize sedan or convertible, numerous standard safety features and a plethora of premium amenities for those who like to drive in style.
