The 2008 Toyota Avalon offers advanced technology, innovation, and superior performance in one luxurious package. With four trim levels to choose from – the XL, Touring, XLS, and Limited – the Avalon comes equipped with a wealth of advanced features to enhance the driving experience.

Standard on all Avalon models is the powerful and proven 3.5 liter DOHC 24-valve Dual VVT-i V6 engine with variable valve timing, producing 268 horsepower and 248 lb.-ft. of torque. The engine is perfectly mated to a 6-speed electronically controlled automatic overdrive transmission with intelligence (ECT-i) and sequential shift for crisp shifting and responsive gear changes.

Also optional on Limited models is Dynamic Laser Cruise Control, measuring the distance of the vehicle in front and adjusting speed to match a preset distance.
