The 2018 Ford Mustang is a high-performance, sports car that has fastback and convertible body styles. This year, it receives a minor exterior refresh with sleeker styling.
The fastback body style has four trims available: the EcoBoost, EcoBoost Premium, GT, and GT Premium. Only the GT trim is not available for the convertible.
Powering the EcoBoost trims is the standard 310-hp, turbocharged 2.3 liter four-cylinder mated to a 6-speed manual transmission or a newly optional 10-speed automatic. Rear-wheel drive (RWD) comes standard. The GT trims come with a more powerful 460-hp, 5.0-liter V-8 that produces 420 pounds-feet of torque.
