The Dodge Viper packs a massive 8.4-liter V-10 engine that makes 645 horsepower and 600 pounds-feet of torque. This rear-wheel-drive exotic sports car comes only with a six-speed manual transmission and is offered as a coupe. It competes with the Chevrolet Corvette, Porsche 911 and Nissan GT-R.
New for 2016
The track-focused Viper ACR returns and includes Brembo-brand carbon-ceramic brakes, an adjustable Bilstein-brand suspension, Kumho Ecsta high-performance tires and a lightweight battery. An ACR Extreme Aero Package is available and includes an adjustable carbon fiber rear wing, a carbon fiber diffuser and a detachable front splitter extension. New matte-finish exterior colors double the Viper's palette to 16,000 colors.
