Valenti Motors was established by Fred M. Valenti in 1986, at the site of the Volkswagen/Audi franchise on Watertown's Straits Turnpike, which had existed since 1960 when Volkswagen was introduced to Connecticut. In 1989, Saab, Isuzu and Lotus were added to the line-up. To accommodate the added businesses, a large addition and renovation were completed in 1990. This new facility became the Valenti Auto Center. It offers one-stop Sales, Financing, Leasing, Service, Parts and Body Repairs for all makes, while providing separate display area and staffs for each product.

Purchased a CPO vehicle from Jeff Ward and Damien Fournier at Mike Valenti Volkswagen in Watertown, CT. The vehicle leaked water into the dash from a bad windshield seal but Jeff, Damien, and Mike refuse to honor the warranty stating that the windshield is aftermarket and not covered in the warranty. The warranty clearly states that the warranty covers the glue and or anything that holds the windshield in place. Valenti still refuses to honor the warranty. I have contacted VW Customer Care but, the dealership "VALENTI MOTORS" does not return calls. Jeff Ward, Damien Fournier, and Mike Valenti are a bunch of crooks!

I was very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism following my inquiry on a listed car. Though ultimately, it didn't match my needs, they worked with me in my search and were very responsive to additional questions/requests.

Prior to going to Valenti, I had dealings with several other VW dealerships. The staff at Valenti was, by far, the best! They went out of their way to find the car I wanted and were extremely helpful, courteous and fun. I couldn't have been any happier!
