Went back and forth for two days over a 650i coupe. I felt so bad for my salesperson, Joseph, who did everything he could to help me. The finance manager, however, lowballed me on my car, couldn't articulate why the deal wouldn't work, and ran my credit through multiple companies after I had requested them not to. I had my own pre- approval through another bank. I think I dodged a bullet anyhow. Who wants a wrecked 108K car? Not me. Never ever again will I deal with these people. Joseph if you're reading this, find a better place to work, you have way too much integrity for these clowns. Can't wait to drive my new, unwrecked, fully loaded 650i home next week!

This place is a sham. They do not accept any financing outside of their network of banks the dealership works with. A cash buy means any buyer who does NOT finance through the dealership therefore is treated as a cash buyer. They lose money big time on cash buyers and therefore has instituted a requirement that no outside financing can occur. Please avoid this dealership at all cost. I ended up flying east and ordering my brand new 2022 direct from the factory. Lastly, their Doc fees are atrocious in addition to their mandated financing requirements. My beacon score is 830+ and I DO not negotiate with dealership banks.

Kind and courteous, always transparent and a smooth transaction. Love my new BMW X3 it’s a gorgeous car and drives well. Staff was professional and answered all my questions
