This is the second automobile I have purchased from this dealership. I have been extremely happy with the service and quality here. Joseph Rossman was very helpful and showed me several features that I was unfamiliar with. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the features in such a way that I could understand. He was patient and even doubled back to things I was a little unsure of. I would gladly recommend this dealership to my friends. Also I would like to mention my sales person Michael Brown for the awesome job he did during the purchasing process. Great job all around!

Every member of staff was friendly, knowledgeable and NEVER pushy!! Joseph Rossman (Encore delivery specialist) was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions with professionalism.
