Good experience shopping for a used BMW. Best selection of good used cars in Lansing. I found the experience and the salesperson to be easy and honest.

These people had my car since October 2019. It was not completed until January 2020. I have no idea what’s going on in their service department. When Ed was there, it was amazing service. Now, they are apparently down one mechanic, haven’t hired a new one, and I am told that now my convertible sports car is ready to be picked up. It will have to be delivered on a flatbed because I can’t drive it in the snow. Very disappointing.
They did write me a letter offering me to trade my car in for a new one though. That’s hilarious. Would never buy from a place where the service is so poor.

After calling for a service apptmt., I received a date and time of my choice. When I arrived, Stephanie Tabor greeted me by name ( a nice touch,having never met before) but acknowledging a real appointment that meant something! Stephanie listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Very accommodating . My car was serviced and returned washed and vacuumed. Appreciated the whole experience. Thanks.
