Even when a major snowstorm shut down the region and delayed everything, Brad kept me updated and got my approval through with no stipulations the moment operations resumed. That's professionalism. The deal was exactly as quoted. No surprise fees. No last-minute add-ons. No pressure to buy products I'd already declined. Just a clean transaction with people who respected my time and my process. Abed was my salesman. He was very easy work with and very helpful. He did not pressure me into making any decisions and allowed me to consider all my options. BTW the Santa Fe (2.5T) I bought is very nice, comfortable and roomy.
