Great communication with sales staff prior to my visit. I was greeted by staff when I arrived for my appointment. The salesman arranged a test drive and although the vehicle was nice, it just didn't have all the features I wanted. The staff really wanted my business and even dropped the price a great deal, but I wasn't ready to accept a car that didn't have what I wanted. I would recommend this dealership. They understood my reasons for not purchasing and followed up with emails afterwards.

After some back and forth we ended up purchasing an X5 from Deery Brothers, what should have been one of the better experiences buying an almost new BMW turned into a week's long frustrating back and forth. Culminating in the dealership trying to hold us hostage for a five-star review to take care of a windshield that was damaged and not disclosed to us. Shame on us for not noticing it during the test drive. Shame on them for having absolutely no aftercare or customer service. Once you sign on the dotted line you might as well not have been a customer at all. I would be very leery of any five star reviews from this dealership.

People were friendly but the basics of the deal like car fax were not presented to us and they did not keep the previous car owner information secure. Too many people were involved with our deal and nithing promised to us were carried out. I should have walked away. There is no after care - you are done being their customer as soon as you sign papers.
