Come here for service is a hit and miss.
Come here for service is a hit and miss. Sometimes technicians are good sometimes not. They tend to leave tools behind inside my car. Every time I come here for service, always required a second visit to get the issue resolved.

Samik is my guy! Very knowledgeable and polite. I was looking for him on my last trip, but was not in. BMW has a great team there everyone is great!
