When I called to set up my first service, a loaner
When I called to set up my first service, a loaner vehicle was not offered and not available. My wife has Lexis and it is never a question of whether a loaner is available. When arrive to site and ask why I wasn’t given a loaner they told me that they had to schedule it and it would be two weeks out. This is unacceptable for a BMW dealership.
