Read this before buying!! My pregnant wife purchased a 2019 Porsche Macan from Serra Auto Campus (Porsche Okemos). From delivery, the vehicle showed funky engine behavior, which quickly worsened and resulted in a catastrophic engine failure. Despite being informed of the situation and the circumstances, the dealership declined responsibility and was slow to respond. As a result, my wife has been left without a safe and reliable vehicle. Drove 2 hours to see a CPO GLC 430 SUV and the car was garbage! Had serious paint and drivability issues. Obviously, the vehicle had not been checked at all. Can't understand why they would just play dumb when I discussed the issues with the sales manager. Would never buy a car from these guys...

False listing information. The car is listed as CPO & no accidents but actually not-CPO + 1 accident. But the store manager said they couldn’t control what is shown on cars.com. I tried to contact cars.com but couldn’t find a customer service. I’d like to know who exactly should be responsible for false advertisement!
