He was professional, patient, never pushy, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. Luis sent me detailed pictures, videos, the CARFAX report, and all the documents I needed to feel confident about the car. That level of transparency and communication made the experience smooth and stress‑free. I’m completely satisfied with both the vehicle and the service I received. A pleasant car buying experience.which, for me, is unusual. Tyler Reining was superb - friendly, polite, very knowledgeable, helpful, and no pressure. Excellent vehicle and buying experience. Also Tyler’s sales manager, Justin Price, was excellent and also very knowledgeable and friendly.
