Five-Star Review – Conicelli Hyundai Service Department Went Above and Beyond I recently brought my 2012 Hyundai Elantra Touring to Conicelli Hyundai in Conshohocken for a steering column issue — a clunking noise caused by a worn steering coupling bushing, a known problem on older Hyundai models. My independent shop had identified the issue, and I contacted Conicelli to see if there was any warranty or goodwill help available. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like a long-time customer, even though I’d only used Conicelli once before. Racheal, my service representative, greeted me warmly and immediately made me feel at ease. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and took ownership of my situation. Working alongside Caroline, the warranty administrator, and Pat, the service manager, they went to bat for me with Hyundai to review my case. Thanks to their efforts and professionalism, Hyundai agreed to cover the repair in full — something I honestly didn’t expect. The entire team handled everything quickly, communicated throughout, and treated me with genuine respect. I want to sincerely thank Racheal, Caroline, and Pat for going above and beyond to help a customer they hardly knew. Their honesty, knowledge, and compassion left a lasting impression.
