Daryl was amazing through this whole process. My husband and I went to Russ Darrow Honda because I was in need of a new car since mine was totaled. Daryl was patient with me and understood that I was able to get a car on our first visit. I never felt pressured or forced into anything. Then when we came back to purchase the car, Daryl made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions and made the process so seamless and quick. Looking forward to working with them in the future for all my car needs.

Called for apt and came in to purchase a used 2023 car. After test drive we sat down to discuss the deal with Lesia, but Lesia did not sit down with us at all. She asked me if I would be financing. I said part of the the price and she disappeared. Soon Daryl Robinson came to us with piece of paper stating final price, all add ons on the vehicle and financing numbers. I said we never discussed any of this. He did not listen to anything we had to say. We mentioned that we noticed that the vehicle we were going to purchase had front bumper damage and bumper is misaligned. Daryl did not respond to this. Carfax on website was clean with no accidents, but carfax Daryl gave us now stated that front windshield was replaced. No coment on that from Daryl either. Daryl started to list all add ons. I said I don't want any add ons, to which Daryl responded that "exterior paint and interior protection for $1,999 add on is already built in vehicle price and state law says it has to be added to the price". This statement makes no sense. It is obviously not built in the price, because you are adding it to the price and it is obviously not mandatory by law! DARYL, YOU TOLD US A LIE! The financing numbers you presented were not correct and made up. You never asked me how much I was going to put down and how much to finance. Daryl, you are the worst. You lost a sale. I walked away. Keep treating customers like stupid dummies and you will not make any sales ever. You are rude and disrespectful liar. I will warn everyone to avoid business with you!

Courteous friendly professional. Get the impression that customer comes first. Seems like thy tend to overbbok their appointments so wait times are longer than anticipated.
