We had a very good car buying experience at East Towne
We had a very good car buying experience at East Towne Honda! Veli Deshev was very respectful, honest, and helpful in our negotiations to purchase a certified pre-owned Honda. Alex Abeyta did a great job walking us through all the nitty-gritty of our financing. Buying a car is a huge ordeal, but we were happy with our experience at East Towne. We would buy a car here again!

Keep your service records.
Keep your service records. They forget when they work on your car sometimes. Hi Ryan. Guess what, my car wouldn't start Saturday or Sunday. Thank you again for testing the battery and telling me it was okay. Then trying to sell me another one under warranty. Maybe if you spent less time responding to reviews and more time servicing the cars this wouldn't happen. I am so glad I didn't give you $800 for new tires on Friday. Also I missed appointment that cost me $100 because your driver picked me up at the wrong time. I asked the service rep to pick me up at 4:00, he ignored what I said and he got here at 11:00. I felt bad for the driver and went early and missed my appointment. You cost me $300 for nothing. Go to zimbrick everyone.
