Be wary of this service center.
Be wary of this service center. I knew their prices could be higher than the same service at my usual mechanics, so when the check engine light was flashing and I was close to the Harvest Honda I was prepared to clarify BEFORE I authorized the service. I told them the problem and Javier told me the diagnostics would cost $180. I asked if that diagnostics cost would apply towards the repair costs IF the problem were identified and I authorized the repair today. He said yes, it would apply. Later, they called, problem identified by the code reader and verified by mechanic, so I AGAIN verified that the $180 would count towards the cost of the repair job and was told YES it would. But, when I picked up the car, I was told there was a "miscommunication", that Javier thought I was asking if I would be charged for both. I asked to speak to a manager who also called it a "miscommunication". I do NOT think I miscommunicated...at best, they misunderstood common mechanics shop practice and terminology....and it cost ME an extra $180. $700 for one ignition coil. No. I won't be back. If you can't even clarify costs before you authorize, what a ripoff. And, on top of it, I am ready to buy a new car. It certainly will NOT be from Harvest Honda. Very disappointed.

Don’t buy a car from this dealership unless you like your time wasted. I’ve been inquiring about a vehicle for multiple days just waiting for the car to be serviced. If Vanessa Cronin calls just hang up the phone. She didn’t have the courtesy to call me letting me know that the vehicle was sold after calling almost everyday update: The manager of Harvest Honda reached out to me and to no surprise was unapologetic. The manager told me that since I wasn’t local that I wasn’t a priority. Last time I checked customers are always a priority

I will never recommend this dealer as i sent my parents...
I will never recommend this dealer as i sent my parents there after deal was made over the phone and they were treated like they were white trash. They would not take any cash nor a check or credit card for the sale of a SUV. So my family will look for Honda's at another location and its to bad there would have been a sale of 3. But we will never EVER go back to a dealer that thinks so little about GREAT customer service. Shame on you!!!!!!!
