We own a Honda Ridgeline that was surging up hills.
We own a Honda Ridgeline that was surging up hills. We were told it needed a $7,000 new transmission as well as front struts. We then took it to another well respected mechanic, the transmission just needed very dirty fluid changed and the struts were fine. Truck runs fine now. I will never use them again or reccommend them to anyone.

Wonderful buying experience - professional, nice and very
Wonderful buying experience - professional, nice and very knowledgeable sales staff. Great experience! I had the pleasure of meeting Cesar Palma Vargas while waiting for my CRV to be serviced. He kindly showed a 2025 Odyssey and showed me the things I was looking for - for a large dog to be comfortable in all and any way. She (Layla) the dog is very large and very special. I kept Cesar's card and then came back three months later when I was ready to buy.

We brought our 2023 Honda Pilot Touring in to be checked
We brought our 2023 Honda Pilot Touring in to be checked because the car died on me in a busy street and I had to get it towed to Burlington Honda which was over an hour away from where I was stranded. The cars battery was dead and after the police jumped the car for me all of these error messages regarding the brakes, TCR, Stablization etc. displayed. Honda service cannot find anything wrong and deny that there are any issues with the car. I found a forum online stating that this dead battery / non start issue is on-going with 2019 Honda's and on and that Honda is not addressing it. Honda denies knowing anything about this as they claim no one has ever reported this type of issue. I am going on the record that I have reported this type of issue and that Honda of Burlington Service cannot figure it out and claims there is nothing wrong with our brand new car. Online people have replaced faulty brake swtiches, batteries, push start buttons and relays, fob batteries and had issues with the brake pedal vacuum bleeding when the car sits too long. I am not getting any assistance with figuring out why my new Honda is having to be jump started intermittently. I am not charging anything in the car and not leaving the lights on. There is an electrical issue, but Honda is not willing to figure it out. When my warranty expires I'm sure they will. For now, this is documented that I brought this to their attention.
