Hinshaw's Honda

**Review for Hinsaw Honda** I have always had very good experiences with both sales and service at Hinsaw Honda for my car and my family’s needs. However, my recent visit was disappointing. I went in for a routine oil change and signed a paper for $180, but ended up paying $345. When I reviewed my bill at home, I noticed a brake fluid flush had been performed—something that is usually only required at 30,000 to 40,000 miles. This was not clearly explained to me when I was paying, and the service advisor was not very helpful or friendly when I asked questions. This experience was not up to the standard I’ve come to expect from Hinsaw Honda. I learned it’s always important to carefully review your bill before leaving, no matter how busy or upset you may feel.

Thanks for the exceptional experience! I retired in 2016 after 37 years in the industry (the last 15 years as the GM of a powersports dealership), so it is with the utmost thanks, respect, and appreciation that I say it was a "10" and truly a wonderful experience. Over the many years I managed our business, we often said, "your most important assets are your people, if we take care of our employees, they will take care of our customers," and it was more that obvious that they have a great staff at Hinshaws. Tomari and the entire crew were knowledgeable, professional, patient, and went out of their way to earn our business. I have been dealing with Hinshaws for probably 20 or more years. I have always been happy with the customer service. Monty and Sean have been very fair and easy to work with. I would recommend it highly.
