Bait and Switch
Dishonest sales staff. They use Bait and Switch tactics. I made an appointment for an SUV advertised. I spoke on the phone before heading to the dealer and was told the vehicle was ready. Upon arriving, I was told that it was at the shop, but assured it was available. I told them that I liked the vehicle price and specifications and would like to apply , site unseen, to finance the unit. The salesman said I couldn't until I had driven the unit. I indicated I could wait or come the next day, to which I was told it would not be ready and they scheduled me for 3 days later. They then contacted me the next day saying it wasn't available, but they would show me "similar" units. More expensive units, of course. Buy your Honda at another dealership.

Excellent Service Center
Friendly, efficient, courteous, and complete service. Had the oil changed after the car was sitting idle for almost a year during the pandemic. Also found out that there was a software upgrade needed for the CVT which was done at no charge.
