They don’t stand behind what they sell.
They don’t stand behind what they sell. Purchased a 2026 Passport and at less than 275 miles the rear view mirror fell off. Not only is this a safety defect, but it’s a ticketable offense! Called the Service Department and they told me to bring it over, but when I got there they told me they could only do an appointment, but not for another 5 days! Didn’t have anyone available to look at it so the risk is on us I guess.
