They will keep you there as long as they can! My Daughter is buying out her leased car and was told it would take about 2 hours! It’s been o almost 3 hours and they are still not done! The finance guy is trying to sell them all he can even though he knows we have family plans that we have now missed!!! Greed sucks

Just had my first service with this dealership. While I had a fantastic experience buying a car here, the service experience was exceptional. ChiChi Ndeokwelu was phenomenal. It was well worth the two hour drive. I bypassed three closer dealers to come here and I have no regrets. ChiChi answered my questions and made it clear that I could contact him with any questions or concerns. It was like finding the best doctor. Sandy Jones in Sales was great, as well. Other dealers could learn from the way they treat people here. As a first time Honda owner, I am impressed. Thank you!
