This review is for LARRY SCIFFLET! He seems to be the general manager for Landmark Honda.
A very unprofessional and inconsiderate person that instead of solving the issue with his rude and incompetent assistant told to another customer service Representative that he just doesn’t want to serve my vehicle that I’ve purchased there brand new a few years ago!!!!
What kind of insanity is this!!! The WORST dealership ever!!!
Rude and disappointing treat of a customer.

I bought a brand new car there on 3/1/2020. They told me they did not have stickers for my plates, so they gave me paper plates; even though I had told them I could use my old car's plates. They kept on pushing selling me the new ones. At the end of the sale, they told me they were going to contact me (phone-email) to get the plates or have them mailed to me. I told them I wanted them mailed.
Well it is May 26 and no one contacted me to inform me about my plates so I called them and to my surprise, they said they called me about 5 times and I never answered. They also said I have to contact DMV to solve the problem LH created.
On March 31 I sent them an email requesting my plates. No answer.
Now when I call them and identify myself, they hung up or put me on hold. I left the GM a message, but he does not have the courtesy nor the time to solve my problem.

Those two gentlemen truly made a first time buying experience enjoyable. OG was very friendly and energetic. He was able to offer a deal that was great for my lifestyle. (p.s. there was waiting involved like a nearly empty DMV with cars around).
Towards the end of the process where I met Joey, it started to hit me, I was going to leave with a different car. That being said, Joey was able to keep my full attention as he explained every last detail. Most importantly, I didn't feel rushed.
