My wife and I found a Honda Ridgeline we wanted online at Stockton #12 Honda. It was advertised as a certified pre-owned Honda. When we met with Angel Toro to test drive the truck we noticed it had signs on it that said certified pre-owned but still verified that status with Toro who assured us it was certified pre-owned. From there it took over 3.5 hours to get to the finance office. When the finance manager started talking about extended warranty I told him we didn’t need it because it was certified pre-owned. He told us it wasn’t because of an outstanding recall. We should have walked out then but we were so tired we purchased the truck. Since then I have contacted the dealership 3 times and reported the false advertising to the BBB (where they have an F rating) but they have made no response. We love the truck but we will never deal with Stockton Honda again

Axel was a great salesperson to deal with. He listened to what I was looking for, my concerns, and helped facilitate the deal. I give him 5-stars. Unfortunately, the dealership's errors in their ad, claiming the vehicle had features it didn't, having an erroneous VIN, and it taking over a week to get all my paperwork to register the vehicle force me to deduct a star.

Thumbs down on Service Manage Angele Warner :(
The Service Manager Angela Warner was too busy to take a minute with us. It was our 3rd time coming in to see why our car was still having problems. We asked if we could talk to her and again, she was too busy!! When a Manage like Angel Warner is too busy for customers something is wrong! Thumbs down on Angela Warner :( Our advisor was excellent.
