I purchased a new 2017 Honda pilot, from Honda of Victoria, on the 26 day of Jan. 2018. I have been a proud owner a Honda Automobile for several years. I have purchase three from the Honda Dealership in Victoria, Tx. The purchase of this Honda Pilot, far surpassed my expectations. The sales person's name was, Ronda Hunt. She is a very nice person, and is an outstanding Salesman. She well knows her product, and has great patiences in explaining each function of all onboard equipment, especially all the Electronics. She is well spoken, and easy to understand. Thanks again, to Ronda (Sales Person) to Frank, (Sales Manager) and to Kimberly ( Finance Manager), You all are doing a great job.

I went in to shop for a new car with a trade in vehicle. The number were worked on and as usual there was bargaining. Apparently, they didn't like what I wanted to pay (usually, thats how it is). The Upper management (General Manager) had bad attitude about us not paying the asking price. Did not talk good and walked away while talking. Very bad. He needs to learn that not every car buying process ends up in a sale.
