Second bad experience here. Never coming back. The service quoted $481, but invoiced $558. Always something. Bunch of liars.

Just walked out of this dealership in disgust.
Just walked out of this dealership in disgust. I spent many hours working on a deal over the phone with sales rep, Joshua. We came to an agreement on a 2025 CR-V hybrid that I was very happy with. I confirmed numerous times that there would be no hidden costs, because I live 35 minutes away from Rosenberg. Sure enough, when it comes time to close the deal, the sales manager pumps up the cost significantly. I asked them POINT BLANK numerous times about the specific charge they ended up including, raising the price $2,000. Shameful tactics from Joshua and Sales Manager, Randol. Avoid this place.
