It took three days and a new battery for service department to diagnose my 2018 Civic had a bad BCM. I was told they could not find a replacement part. When the part was found I was told it would take three weeks before they would receive it. My car will be sitting in Rusty Wallis service department for over a month!! I thought that a major auto maker would have reasonable access to their own automotive parts. I was given a estimate of $765.00 for the part. I later called and asked for a total estimate and have not received a answer. I purchased a Honda with the impression I would receive a outstanding car with outstanding service. So far I am not happy with the total experience.

John was professional and friendly and warm. Provided all the information we needed to make a sound decision. He was not pushy. The financing process is always tedious no matter what. This was easier than most times and we knew exactly where every dollar came from on the monthly payment. Good experience and great support afterwards as well.
