I brought my car in Nov.
I brought my car in Nov. 20, 2025. I pwn a 2020 Honda Fit Ex. I brought it in for a oil change and any other needs to hat might be found with service. I wad no having any problems with problems with my car. Per the service department they found no issues with my battery or anything else. The next day car would not start. Nov. 22 I had battery removed and checked. I was told battery was bad and needed to be replaced. When back to dealer service and brought a new battery. Car didn’t start. Per dealership paperwork nothing was found wrong with my battery or anything regarding car starting. I am very disappointed with the service that I received. I believe that a through service check was NOT done So now I have no car that will start and I will have to spend next week spending more money to fix a problem that I believe could have been prevented.
