Their service prices are extremely high. I recently got something jammed into my seatbelt when I put it on. I ended up not being able to get it back in so I took it to Spartanburg Honda. There was a small string caught in there from the jacket I had on. I thought someone would just pull it out but I waited over an hour and they sent me the video of them working on it. They told me that they could not get it out without damaging it and a whole new seat belt would need to be done at a cost of $666. In addition they presented me with an estimate of other maintenance and the entire bill was $2200. I said No! I took it to Firestone and when they removed the cover on the seat belt the string basically fell out. They did not charge me anything and they gave me an estimate on the other maintenance and it was 1/2 what Honda wanted. I spoke to the manage at Honda and he even said he could have fixed it himself.

They kept us up to date every step of the way. We were able to do paperwork ahead of time to save time at the dealership. Haley was our first point of contact, with Internet Sales. Then we met DJ, our sales person... Who is an AWESOME, friendly, down to earth guy... then on to Thomas in finance. THIS TEAM KILLED IT and we appreciate it!
