Used to be a good company. Would not recommend now
Bought a new 2019 Honda CRV from them in December 2019 and at that time the company would bend over backwards to take care of their customers. Fast forward to March 2021 and Dick Brooks Honda of Greer could careless about their customers. Drove 1 hour to their express service and was turned away. Will not be doing business with them again. Not only did they lose my business but have lost my sister in law who has bought 3 new Honda’s from them. This is not the same customers friendly business they used to be. Buyer beware!

Derek Fernanders is THE best car salesman at Dick Brooks Honda! He really cares about getting you put in the car that you want to be in for the payment amount that you need as well. He is straight forward with you about everything and makes the whole em peri ends smooth and enjoyable. He has a great personality and is super respectful. I send all of my family and friends to him because I trust him. Derek also set me up with his insurance agent who was able to get me a much lower rate on my car insurance with full coverage. My wife and I went for a test drive in a new honda insight, something we are thinking of purchasing but were a little shy on knowledge about. When Aaron was finished with the test drive we were almost ready to order a car, we got all the info from a to z. Great salesman. We will be back.
