Our Family has always shopped Bobby Rahal
Our Family has always shopped Bobby Rahal Honda/Toyota/Lexus and just recently my brother whom has Parkinson's, AFIB, and a few other things from Agent Orange while serving in Vietnam, was driving from Pittsburgh to visit with his two brother who also have medical conditions. Long Story short....he had a few bolts fall out from his shield that protects the oil filter etc. It was about to fall off so he pulled over on the PA TurnPike. A State Trooper was kind enough to help getting a tow truck and they towed it to Rahal Honda. There the Service guy just blew him off, told him they would not be able to help that day and probably not the next either. He ended up taking it to another shop that bound two bolts missing and the others loose. I find it absurd to have him treated this way. Rahal will never, ever see another dime from our family. Way to go Rahal....you treated that Vietnam Vet well.
