Worst honda service center. Staff was rude and extremely unprofessional. Worst customer experience ever. I would not recommend this service center to anyone or buy another new car from their.

We worked with Jordan.
We worked with Jordan. He made it very easy and very professional. The only thing that I would change is that the picture was so edited it didn’t show all the scratches and no one told us about them.

Deceptive salesperson Jordan Bracken allowed my wife and
Deceptive salesperson Jordan Bracken allowed my wife and I to drive over two hours to test drive a car only to be told the car we had scheduled a test drive with was not there. No apology, just a lame attempt to up sell us into something else. He had hours to let us know we wouldn’t be able to see the car and allowed us to make the drive anyway.
