I was considering a new van mainly for a cabin camera to help supervise my relative with medical needs. After visiting other dealerships that felt pushy, I stopped at Ciocca Honda in Harrisburg and met Sean Huang. I told him why I was considering a new van. From the start, he was patient, respectful, and never pressured me. He suggested I test drive the 2026 Odyssey Elite, and the whole experience was comfortable and easy. What stood out right away was how he didn’t just focus on me—he also greeted my relative warmly and made him part of the process. Sean was very knowledgeable, and if he wasn’t sure about something, he asked his manager for clarification. I returned the next day and Sean worked hard to get me the best affordable price. In the end, I bought the 2026 Odyssey Elite —and I love it! But what truly made the difference wasn’t just the van. It was Sean—and the team at Ciocca. My relative “D,” who was with me both days, is too often overlooked by others because of his special needs. Sean acknowledged him right away, included him in every step, listened to his stories, and truly engaged with him throughout the entire process. One of the best moments was when “D” wanted to “buy” the van for me. Sean typed up a mock bill of sale for $81, had him sign it, and shook his hand. To this day, “D” proudly tells everyone he bought me my van. When we realized the bill of sale was misplaced the next day, in a panic I called Ciocca. They found it and emailed it to us right away. The van is wonderful, but the lasting impression is how Sean and Ciocca treated “D”—with patience, respect, and genuine kindness. People with special needs are so often unseen. Sean and his team made sure he felt included every step of the way, and that meant the world to me. I highly recommend Ciocca for all your auto needs.

I highly recommend Ciocca to anybody looking for a new vehicle. If you decide to stop by, make sure you ask for Danny Diaz. He will take care of you and make sure you get the perfect vehicle for your needs, and he'll definitely help you get the best price possible for your trade-in vehicle. I was extremely satisfied when I realized that I was offered over $3,000 dollars more for my trade-in compared to the other Honda dealers I had gone to in the area. I do admit that I am very picky about anything I choose to buy, but when I experienced Danny's expertise and the other great people of Ciocca I had no doubt that I had arrived at the right destination. A Big THANK YOU, Danny. Keep up the Great work by doing what you're doing!

Service Center is horrible.

Service Center is horrible. You set a time for a recall that the paper says it will take two hours. Appointment for 10 am they say car will be ready by 3 pm and 5 pm. Why set an appointment to wait longer then needed. I can see for lunch. Car is sitting in the parking lot absolutely ridiculous
