They don't honor their word.
They don't honor their word. We bought a Subaru Forester, it had a bad tire, a chip in the window, and a clicking noise when turning left. We brought it right back to them. They argued with us about putting new tires on, wanting us to pay for it. They said they couldn't diagnose the clicking sound but would note it in our paperwork that At Any Time should it cause an issue with our car they'd cover the repairs. When we took it to our Mechanic, he diagnosed the axle issue quickly, we went back to Lithia Honda and they said that they would not honor their repair promise. That we'd waited too long after the warranty. We reiterated that they'd said since the issue was noted from day of buying, since their service department couldn't diagnose the issue but it was evident and in the car's record so would be repaired at no cost to us Whenever should it cause issue and we had it diagnosed. Lithia Honda Does Not Have Integrity. Will not be doing business with them again.
