Increased the price after we agreed to it
Buyer beware: As soon as you settle on a vehicle and agree to the price, the salesman comes back and announces a surprise brand new $1500 extra markup — which he somehow didn’t know about when he came out to help you. While helping my sweet 76-year-old mother choose her new car, the sales guy Devon pegged her as an easy mark and increased the price at the last minute, after she already agreed to the list price. She’s in a vulnerable position as we’re both caring for my brother going through advanced colon cancer, chemotherapy, and radiation — and honestly we’re just both too exhausted to fight. I don’t know how these sharks sleep at night, taking advantage of a senior woman about to lose her son to cancer.

They were very good to me
I went to Don Carlton Honda after South Point Honda lied to me and said there were no Red Honda Fits in Tulsa. After I bought a white Fit from them I came home and started looking on the internet for a red Honda Fit. I found one at Don Carlton. The salesman at South Point lied to me. I called them and told them I did not want the white Fit. They were upset, gave me the runaround. But when I told them I would call their corporate office, they finally relented. They would not come and pick up the car. I told them I had no way home if they didn't give me a ride. They didn't care. I called Don Carlton Honda and asked them if they could pick me up. They did. The rest is history. I bought my red Honda Fit and I am very happy. They are wonderful
