Parts and Service department - What?

I don't normally leave reviews; however due to many bad experiences I feel compelled.
I have no experience with their sales so this review is concerning the service and parts department.
The first bad experience was about 4 years ago when we took our 2016 pilot in for a free oil change because we were under Honda care at the time. The lady behind the counter insisted our oil change was not free since we bought the care somewhere else. She got belligerent with my wife. Finally they understood that they did have to honor the free oil change.
A few weeks ago I called and left a message with the service department about an anomaly I was having with my 2016 pilot. They called me back and would not talk about my problem. All they wanted to do was sell me a new car. I then called the service department in Ponca city. They talked extensively about the problem without trying to sell me a car.
Last week I went to the parts department on a Thursday 30 minutes before the posted closing time. The door was locked.
They guy behind the desk at the service center said the parts lady had to leave early.
I asked if there was someone who could help me. He said no, so I left.
The next day I went back 1 hour before the posted closing time. Again the door to the parts department was locked.
I then called and left a message about my experience. A lady called me back on Saturday and asked what I needed ( no apology or remorse for my experience, actually a little short with me) . I told her I was looking for a start button. She indicated they did not have those in stock but could order it. She said they could have it there in a couple of days.
I thought to myself, I can get this $25 cheaper online and have it here in a couple of days. I would have paid more for the switch if they had had it in stock to shop local.
This is quite a pattern I have experienced.
I tend to let things go pretty easily but I would have a hard time doing business going forward.
You pay more than MSRP

We tried to buy new CRV. They actually wanted MSRP plus to sell three years of oil changes AND a $499 fee. Insane to want more than MSRP for a car. When i questioned that i was told “if we took less than MSRP that would devalue Honda’s name”

I highly recommend Stillwater Honda. Professional staff and a no-pressure approach provided a very pleasant buying experience. My salesman, John, was awesome. and a pleasure to work with. I love my new Civic hatchback!! Worth the 2 hour drive I had to make each way to find the exact car I wanted in a very friendly atmosphere. I would buy from them again anytime!
