I called one day around Christmas time, because my daughter was shopping for a mustang for my grandson. AJ searched locally & all the surrounding counties for a vehicle that would work for their income level. Even tho my daughter ended up buying from someplace else later on, AJ was very knowledgeable & the info he gave us was very helpful in making decisions. He took time for us even tho we were not on the lot. I appreciate AJ going the extra mile. So when I’m ready to buy another vehicle I will be coming to Honda of Muskogee.

Worst dealership ever! When I bought my car the sales woman I was working with was off that day. The person who helped me wasn’t interested in helping because he didn’t get to claim the sale. Skip forward two years later they discovered the vehicle I bought on paper was not the same vehicle in my driveway. GM called me personally to explain the issue and offered to sale me a new car for tihe same price. Once I made the hour and a half drive to the location, it was discovered he was a true used car salesman. He lied and wanted me to pay an extra 100$ a month on the new car. I didn’t want to do that. The tag office said it wasn’t necessary he just had to send over paperwork to make the change. It’s been six months and I’m still driving my car, that doesn’t belong to me on paper, with expired tags, and the GM won’t return my calls. I tried to be nice because it was a simple mistake. Now I’m going to have to hire an attorney. Will never waste my time at this dealership again.
