My only interaction thus far has been by phone. After realizing the car I was iinterested in had some issues I didn't want to deal with, I never bothered to visit the dealership. We did agree that if something came in I might be interested in, they would contact me.

They say a Sucker is born everyday, and when it comes of this location they must all shop here. Now it might be different for new car shoppers, but as far as used cars go they are Massively overpriced. I went in to see about purchasing a 9-year-old 2016 Accord that they had listed. First the gentleman was less than enthused in general, but I offered a low, but clearly negotiable number. and ended higher, but he would not even bring the higher number to his boss, saying his boss would only bring it down $700 from almost 17 to $16,000. I knew what similar models and even some newer used Accord went for in this region, and his "nah, not interested" attitude what a slap in the face. He ended our deal with, "We will get someone in who is willing pay our price." I did not come to the table empty handed, but none of that mattered. I have never walked into a more apathetic overpriced mess in my 30 year buying cars. I have been in sales for most of my life, and I would NEVER dream of treating a customer like this. I had plans to buy multiple cars over the next few years as my wife also needed one, and will have my sons driving before long. I can tell you one thing for sure I will never give this dealership a penny of my money. I have had problems with their service as well, but I did not think it was a whole company issue. As it turns out it is. If you want to buy massively overpriced new vehicles then this is the place for you, but you will deserve the SUCKER stamped on your forehead.

They say this is sucker born everyday. and if that is true the all shop here. I went in to make a serious offer on a used car. I knew what the value of the car should be, it had a ding in it, some wear on the rims, 67000 miles, and was 9 years old. They are massively over priced. After offering a clearly low offer, the dude at first did not ever want to talk to his boss. As they were asking almost $17,000 for a significantly older car I figured they would counter, instead they made a joke and insulted my intelligence. Offering to take only 700 off saying they were in too deep with this car. I laughed and countered $14,500 after thinking about it. He said he would not even ask, THIS is NOT how you sell cars to real people who know the business. I have years of sales and know better, this place is way overpriced, and they don't even try to hide it. His final statement to me was "well, we will get someone who will pay our price." If you do business with this group then you get exactly what you deserve, and if you are too dumb to know how bad their service is, then that is why you get what you deserve.
