Classic Honda - OH

This was my initial visit to Classic Honda, although I have owned a Honda CR-V hybrid for about 3 year. I had a very positive experience at Classic in comparison to the 'Out of State' dealership I originally dealt with when I purchased my car. Initially, dealing with Valerie D., the service provider, proved to be a fantastic experience: she was an extremely positive individual, dedicated to customer service, cooperative, and an excellent communicator. The experience fostered a sense of trust that, regrettably, I did not establish at the aforementioned 'Out of State' Honda dealership. I am probably like the other 90+ percent of car owners, in that, I really don't know much about cars and therefore I am extremely dependent on the service department of a dealership to treat me with honesty and respect when fixing my car. I certainly felt that I had experienced this level of trust at Classic Honda and I feel confident in recommending this organization if you require on-going maintenance with you Honda. C Murphy

Valerie Deacon did an outstanding job during my latest service appointment. She kept me informed while I waited. In addition, I enjoyed the video showing the inspection walk-through and measurements on the brake pads and tire treads.

Keith (service advisor) and Nicholas (service technician) did an excellent job taking care of my vehicle and keeping me informed of the progress during the service. The excellent service department is why we continue to buy our cars at Classic Honda in Streetsboro!
