Bought a used Subaru Outback from them in October 2024. Thet day I drove it home every light on the dashboard was blinking. i called the sales guy and he asked me to bring it back up (40 miles) which I did. found out transmission needed replaced. All good. Month ago lights started blinking again. Call service and was told that the transmission had a 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty and to schedule appointment. Scheduled it for today January 14th. I get there and I am told that the transmission has a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty. I am also told that they will sending the car across the street to Performance Auto as they will be servicing all non Honda makes. No mention of this on the phone the previous day when I scheduled the appointment, drove the 40 miles to get there and take the day off work. I walk across the street to Performance Auto and am told that knew nothing about it and would not be able to get the car in for at least 2 days. Went back to Honda Marysville spoke to the service manager about how this was severe lack of communication about being told the wrong information about the warranty and not being told the car would be serviced by another dealer. Complete failure in communication and customer service. Got in the car and drove the 40 miles home with a wasted day and no progress on the car. Not a happy customer of Honda Marysville.

Do not buy a used vehicle here. I bought a used truck here, it seemed fine and dandy. It’s been a little over a month, everything is going to crap. The transmission is going out, the 4WD has started to randomly engage and makes a loud grinding noise, the engine has consumed near 2 quarts of oil in the less than 2,000 miles I’ve driven it, and the cherry on top, the starter is going out. This thing has been a nightmare. So now, I’m paying a ton monthly for a truck that’s barely drivable. For your own sanity and bank account, don’t waste your money on the used xxx here.

Buyer beware! I recently purchased a used HR-V for my son at Honda Marysville. I chose to purchase there thinking that it would be checked out by Honda technicians and be a good value. After only 400 miles the car stopped running and the transmission is dead. The transmission fluid is full of metal shavings indicating that it’s been having issues for a while. The service records show that the Marysville service department replaced the transmission fluid prior to the sale. It looks like they were just trying to hide the problem so it could sell. Now they want $9000 to repair a car we financed for $12000. Worst horror story I’ve ever experienced with a car. I had bought my car there new and had been a loyal customer for over seven years. I will never go there again for a purchase or service. Honda Marysville used cars can’t be trusted.
