Adam is the salesman we worked with. His efforts to get us a decent deal on our lease were the MAIN reason we leased our Honda CR-V Hybrid from Honda of Cleveland Heights. He was also very patient. I recommend him highly!

Terrible !! Anthony Pryor in finance is a con artist, my son purchased a car at Cleveland hts dealership and he totally lied to him, do not trust that man he is not a trustworthy person !!!!

Seconds after asking a simple question through cars.com I got bombarded with calls from this dealership. I had simply asked about a discrepancy of mileage. The mileage picture on ad showed 9k miles, whereas the description said 32. Instead of answering the question, they made it so I had to block their number.
