After waiting for over 2 hours today, I was turned away.
After waiting for over 2 hours today, I was turned away. They could not help me. What for? A tire repair. I had a 6 month old Bridgestone tire go flat due to a large nail. To get there I put Fix a Flat in it then drove it there. They took the entire tire off the rim and proceeded to tell me they could not help me. I said, “per the FixaFlat website, you take some soapy water and a rag and wipe off the FixaFlat, then you can patch the tire.” They refused. I’ve never ever been turned away from an auto repair and service center. Let alone for something so easy to remedy. It’s almost unbelievable. I still cannot believe they would not help me. I’m a Honda owner and customer and have been for over 25 years. I bought this car here. But this is just out of bounds man. What is this world coming to?

Been a Honda customer for 35 years.
Been a Honda customer for 35 years. Never been treated so rudely in our history with Honda. We've bought several cars here at this location. We will no longer purchase any cars here, nor get service/parts here. I was told by the rude and horrible assistant manager today that they refuse to service my car, even though it was due. This compromises our safety. He refused because I told him that we would complete a survey about their dishonesty. We will be following up. Unacceptable, disrespectful, NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED, and compromising our safety, with our vehicle not being serviced.
