Was promised a service done to my car & they would accommodate me with pick up/drop off since I had been given the runaround for over a year. Pick up was late & the service manager had an obvious attitude when he arrived as he didn’t even speak. No hey, bye, how are you, just complete silence. My car should’ve been back to me by 12pm, but I see my car still sitting outside of Honda at 4pm so I decided to stop by & demand answers as I wasn’t given the courtesy of a call stating it was done hours ago or stating that they may have been running behind. All I get is a “I dropped the ball, but our accommodation to you was pick up & drop off”. Those ‘accommodations’ were obviously botched & I might as well make arrangements to get my car home myself. In no way did they try to make it right without saying they would still drop my car off (after I’m already there & made other arrangements to have my car taken home). Even under new management, there services are still horrible. 0/10 do NOT recommend Shelby Honda for car purchases or services needed. You’re better off going to the Gastonia dealership.

I had such a positive experience buying a car at Renaldo Honda! All the staff were incredibly kind and made the entire process seamless. A special shout-out to Matt Delashmit in the Internet Department. He was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly.
